Matthew Aho will participate in a panel discussion titled "CUBA: Glimpses of Possibility for the Forbidden Island" during Council Day at the 2015 ULI Fall Meeting. The session will explore the current state of affairs in Cuba, including perceptions and reality from both sides, as well as the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
