Spencer Crowley will lead a day-long boat and lecture tour of Biscayne Bay and the Miami River, for students and faculty in the University of Florida Levin College of Law’s Environmental and Land Use Law Program’s (UF ELULP) Spring Break Field Course. His presentation will cover navigation rights, working waterfront land use issues and coastal and estuarine restoration. Spencer is an alumna of University of Florida ELULP.
