Richard Milstein will speak on guardianship issues at the Essentials of Elder Law Annual Update and Review Course presented by the Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee and the Elder Law Section. The Florida Bar Elder Law Section exists to cultivate and promote professionalism, experience, and knowledge in the practice of law regarding issues affecting the elderly and persons with special needs. The course will cover hot topics of interest for an advanced Elder Law practitioner.
