Ed Foster will present a webinar titled "Court Appointed Receivers Over Real Property: Planning for and Navigating the Worst Case Scenario" for The Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. Topics will include the steps to take prior to filing suit, elements to plead and prove in the Complaint and Motion to Appoint Receiver, an update on the status of the Uniform Commercial Real Estate Receiver Act, and best practices for preparing a mortgage or security agreement regarding the authorization and appointment of a Receiver by the loan documents.
