Gerald Cope, Appellate Practice Co-Chair, will present a webcast, "Preserving Your Record on Appeal." Calling on his experience as a former Florida Appellate Court Judge, he will offer a unique perspective into how attorneys can better preserve their records during trial in order to be more effective on appeal. He will also discuss how to deal with potential issues and how to avoid critical mistakes during appeal.
