Karen Buesing will moderate a panel titled "View from the Bench." Presented by The Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, this panel of judges and magistrate judges from the United States District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Middle of District of Florida will provide insight from the decision-makers themselves on case management, jury selection, presenting witnesses and evidence, and other relevant issues.
