James Miller, chair of the Akerman National Practice Litigation Practice Group, will serve as moderator for the Network of Trial Law Firms' New York seminar titled, "Litigation Management in a New York Minute." The day long educational seminar will cover a variety of litigation topics and best practices, and will feature informative presentations throughout the day that are focused on complex legal and factual issues surrounding commercial litigation.
