Andrea Fisher Evans is a shareholder in Akerman's Miami Corporate Practice Group, joining the firm in 1999. She possesses significant experience in a wide variety of complex legal transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, recapitalizations, private placements, equity and debt financings/offerings and loan transactions, as well as other business transactions and related general corporate matters, across a broad range of sectors, including the telecommunications, printing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, real estate and entertainment sectors.
