| Experience
Janis Cheezem has extensive experience in the leasing, acquisitions, sales, and financing of commercial property, as well as workouts and restructurings of commercial real estate assets. She serves as the Regional Vice Chair of Lex Mundi's North American Real Estate practice group and has been a frequent speaker before numerous professional organizations, including the American Bar Association and the University of Miami School of Law Annual Real Estate Institute.
