Michael has significant experience handling high-exposure personal injury and wrongful death matters. He served as lead trial counsel in an aviation products liability case, achieving a defense verdict after a multi-week trial, and has led the defense of wrongful death claims arising from catastrophic product failures, including cases involving component parts that separated from commercial vehicles and caused fatal injuries to third parties. He also served as lead trial counsel in the NCAA concussion-related litigation, and has guided clients through the successful presuit resolution of matters involving fatal injuries tied to premises and infrastructure conditions.
