Robert Leapley's practice focuses on commercial real estate and business transactions. He represents investors, borrowers, developers, financial institutions, and landowners in a range of matters, including loan workouts and restructurings, joint venture agreements, EB-5 related development projects, and redevelopment projects, land use and entitlements, corporate law, and federal, state, and local taxation. Additional areas of focus include the acquisition, leasing, development, and operation of residential projects, office buildings, shopping centers, golf courses, resort clubs, hotels, and healthcare facilities.
