Alicia represents U.S. and international companies and financial institutions in a wide variety of legal disputes. She focuses her practice on financial institution and real estate litigation, corporate governance and partnership disputes, intellectual property, trade secret, and non-compete litigation, and cross-border and multi-jurisdiction litigation. 

Alicia has extensive experience advocating for the rights of her clients from anticipated litigation through arbitration and trial, assisting with appeals, and advising on best methods for dispute resolution. She also provides routine counsel to U.S. companies looking to expand their footprint in China or Taiwan, as well as to Chinese and Taiwanese companies with litigation issues in the U.S.
