Kenneth Alberstadt represents clients in a wide variety of complex commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture and growth capital financings, recapitalizations, partnership and joint venture formations, initial and secondary public offerings, private placements, distressed transactions and workouts, licensing and general corporate matters. He regularly represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and management teams. He has extensive experience in reporting and corporate governance matters and has served as outside general counsel to several public companies. Ken formerly served as the Chair of the firm’s capital markets practice.
