Mendoza expands the firm's capabilities in joint ventures, fund formation and other complex transactions, including private placements, mergers and acquisitions and private equity funds.

He also has significant experience within the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities. venture capital transactions, corporate restructurings and corporate governance.
