Smith, a partner in the firm's Corporate Practice Group in New York, represents private equity and corporate clients in a range of complex transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, equity, and debt financings, including mezzanine financing. He regularly advises corporate clients and private equity portfolio companies on governance and commercial matters.
