Jon is renowned for his strategic insights and has been instrumental in numerous high-profile projects, including leading roles in the financing of Yankee Stadium, LaGuardia Airport’s Terminal B, the Goldman Sachs world headquarters, MTA facilities, and the Atlantic Yards arena for the Brooklyn Nets. His extensive background includes serving as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, and developer’s counsel in complex transactions across various sectors, including transportation, housing, not-for-profits, education, and sports facilities.
