Marks, Works & Secrets is an interactive platform featuring critical analysis and legal insights from a team of Akerman lawyers representing the firm's Intellectual Property and Litigation Practice Groups. The blog covers rulings by various courts and administrative bodies; changes in law and trends in the marketplace that affect the IP process and business strategies. Content is edited by partners Ira S. Sacks and Mark S. Lafayette.
