Michael Goldberg, co-chair of the firm’s Fraud and Recovery Practice Group, was honored in the Bankruptcy/Receivership category for his successful role as SEC-appointed receiver to the largest fraud case in the history of the federal EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Partners Michael Marsh and Ryan Roman were named honorees in the Business/Complex Litigation category for their work in reversing a $44.4 million antitrust jury award for client Swisher International. Partner Steven Wernick was honored in the Real Estate category for his role in the planning and evolution of many suburban neighborhoods, most notably Miami’s fast-changing Wynwood neighborhood.
