For the fourth consecutive year, Construction Executive magazine recognized Akerman among its “Top 50 Construction Law Firms.” The firm ranked ninth on the national list.

Construction Executive, one of the industry’s leading business magazines, based its ranking on survey results from hundreds of U.S. law firms with a construction practice. Data collected included the following from the firm’s construction practice: 2024 revenues; number of attorneys; percentage of the firm’s total revenues; number of states in which the firm is licensed to practice; year in which the construction practice was established; and the number of construction clients served during fiscal year 2024. The ranking was determined by an algorithm that weighted these factors in descending order of importance.
