Firm Lawyers Across the United States Named Among Best in M&A, Real Estate, Land use, Construction and Immigration Law

Akerman LLP, a top 100 U.S. law firm serving clients across the Americas, today announced that it has once again been ranked by The Legal 500 as a first tier law firm for mergers and acquisitions in the M&A: Middle Market (Sub-$500 Million) category. Akerman is one of only 11 firms in the United States to maintain this distinction.

Akerman lawyers in the Corporate and M&A practices also were singled out as the best in their field by the Guide: Mary Carroll, chair of the Corporate Practice Group; Martin Burkett and Carl Roston, co-chairs of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice; and partners Jonathan Awner, Arturo Banegas Masiá, Felipe Berer, Teddy Klinghoffer, Andres Mendoza, and Stephen Roddenberry.
