Gunter is an experienced commercial real estate lawyer who focuses her practice on complex commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on representing master planned community developers and residential homebuilders in the acquisition, sale, and development of residential and commercial property. Her work includes advising one of the country's largest homebuilders in multimillion dollar commercial land and lot transactions, including the sale of an approximately $1.5 billion portfolio to a real estate investment management firm.
