After a Los Angeles federal judge dismissed the notion that the presence of a rabbi during a bargaining session between radiology company RadNet Management Inc. and the National Union of Healthcare Workers excused the radiology company from delaying contract negotiations, Law360 contacted Traditional Labor Law Practice Co-Chair Amy Moor Gaylord in Chicago to hear her wildest and most memorable stories during negotiations.
