Drew focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions. He has experience representing buyers, sellers, developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and lenders in all facets of complex commercial real estate deals and financing throughout the Southeast and other parts of the country. Drew also works with renewable energy developers to negotiate and draft site control agreements and handle due diligence review for utility-scale solar energy projects across the country.
