Litigation partner Jason Margolin in Tampa was recognized as one of Tampa’s 40 Under 40 by the Tampa Bay Business Journal, which celebrates exceptional young business professionals, leaders, and innovators in the Tampa Bay community.

Margolin represents businesses and individuals in resolving controversies through court proceedings, trials, alternative dispute resolutions, and administrative proceedings. He advocates for clients involved in both jury and non-jury actions, in state and federal court cases, as well as in arbitrations. In addition to his general commercial litigation experience, Margolin also represents creditors, debtors, and Ponzi-scheme victims in bankruptcy matters, including adversary proceedings and federal court receivership proceedings.
