In the podcast, Moon explained how COVID-19 has changed the workplace forever for both employees and employers alike. She emphasized the significance of employer's learning to adapt their workplace in the wake of COVID-19, as employees are now realizing that they have the upper hand in most cases. Additionally, Moon expressed that a lot of companies are missing the boat on retention and failing to make employees feel valued, which is especially important given the "Great Resignation."
"I compare it to real estate. In real estate you have a seller's market and a buyer's market. In this case, employees are like buyers. They're going to buy jobs, and it is a buyer's market," said Moon.
