Miami Office Managing Partner Neisen Kasdin joined the South Florida Business Journal for a roundtable discussion with 14 other top executives from the region on the intricacies of leadership since the advent of COVID-19. As the leaders considered the challenge of preserving company culture with demands from employees for remote work options, they agreed that the only way to come out on top of such uncertain times is to let employees’ wants and needs in the workplace guide their steps forward.

Kasdin was quoted, “All my life, I believed leaders should lead. And now I believe that leaders should follow. This is the first time in my career where we are going to have to see what’s going to emerge and adapt to it."

The discussion was part of the South Florida Business Journal’s Ultimate CEO Roundtable dinner, which annually recognizes 15 business leaders who, due to their extensive business acumen, leadership skills, and community involvement, help shape the region and advance the local economy.
