Top 100 U.S. law firm Akerman LLP represented Ondas Holdings Inc., a leading provider of private wireless, drone and automated data solutions through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Ondas Networks Inc. and American Robotics, Inc., with its $34.5 million convertible note financing ($30 million following the deduction of an original issue discount).

Ondas estimates net proceeds from the offering to be approximately $27.8 million, after deducting fees and expenses. The company intends to use the net proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes, which include funding capital expenditures and working capital.
