Top 100 U.S. law firm Akerman LLP is pleased to announce that it has successfully represented Bear & Braxton Holdings in connection with the negotiation and drafting of the manufacturing, packaging, and distribution agreement with Greenwood & Co, LLC. Greenwood will provide full-service wholesale manufacturing, packaging, and distribution services to accelerate the availability of Treehouse Blends, consumer THC infused beverages, and Litstick’s portable, inhalable cannabis products to patients in the rapidly-growing California adult-use and medical markets.

The Akerman team was led by Cannabis Practice Chair Jonathan Robbins and Intellectual Property Partner Peter Chiabotti.

Since coming to market in Florida in 2017, Treehouse Blends has been one of the fastest-growing CBD beverage brands in the U.S. Treehouse Blend products are designed to deliver three unique experiences including black tea/lemonade blend, mango honeybush blend, and passionfruit infused blend.

Bear & Braxton co-founder Timothy Brown Jr. noticed a gap in the market and created a premium beverage infused with all-natural products. All the drinks are made using alkaline water, organic tea leaves, and sweetened with organic blue agave.
