He cited transformative projects taking place in Miami, including Brickell City Center, the Design District, and the 1,000-foot-high SkyRise Miami tower, which he believes will form Miami into a world class city over the next five years.

Bloomberg BusinessWeek quoted Berkowitz, "Miami is exploding, and is one of the most dynamic cities in the country today. On the luxury side, things are absolutely booming."
