Legal publications reported on NBA star James Jarden’s minority stake acquisition in the MLS Houston Dynamo Team from majority owner Gabriel Brener and Brener International Group, LLC. Irán Hopkins and Daphna Davidovits, of Akerman’s real estate team in Los Angeles, led the transaction on behalf of the sellers.
