Real Estate Partner Benjamin Wilson has been selected to join the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Southeast Florida/Caribbean’s 2026 Leadership Institute. This immersive professional development program prepares emerging leaders to address South Florida’s key real estate and land use challenges.
Benjamin represents national builders, developers, lenders, and investors in master planned, condominium, single family, and multifamily residential communities; mixed-use developments; and commercial real estate projects. He counsels clients on all phases of residential and commercial real estate development, including contract negotiation, due diligence, land acquisitions and dispositions, platting, loan negotiation, and the formation of condominium owners’, homeowners’, or property owners’ associations and their governing documents. He also has experience with condominium bulk sales, terminations, foreclosure acquisitions, and commercial loan workouts throughout Florida.
The 2026 ULI Leadership Institute cohort consists of promising professionals in land use and real estate from both the private and public sectors, including developers, designers, attorneys, engineers, bankers, planners, and brokers.
