Akerman Tax Practice Co-Chair David Blum shares his thoughts with Bloomberg Tax on the growing number of online retailers challenging the constitutionality of Illinois’ taxation of remote retailer sales under a recent law called "Leveling the Playing Field." Akerman is leading the way having filed several of these suits, including the very first, and closely followed case.  Blum explained to Bloomberg, “We are still at the tip of the arrow and there are going to be more [cases] coming out.”
