Tallahassee Office Managing Partner Bruce Wiener has been selected to serve as a Director on the Executive Board of the Florida State University (FSU) Real Estate Center for a two-year term starting July 1, 2025. The Executive Board assists in advancing the FSU Real Estate Program's visibility and national standing; serves in an advisory capacity to the program's faculty; assists in developing strategies to enhance the program's resources; and assists with regard to career counseling, mentoring, and placement of the program's students.
Bruce is a Board-Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar, focusing on transactional real estate, commercial lending, and land use. He represents clients in the purchase and sale of various property types, including commercial, multifamily, and timberland, and serves lenders by preparing loan documents and conducting due diligence investigations on various types of collateral. Bruce also advises developers and landowners on permitting, development, and the creation of covenants and easements and also provides contract, title insurance, and closing services for a wide range of commercial transactions. Additionally, he represents landlords and tenants in negotiating commercial leases.
