Bryan Scott has been elected Chair of the City of Winston-Salem Zoning Board of Adjustment, which hears and decides appeals from decisions of the city zoning officer, Historic District Commission, and housing administrator, as well as requests for variances and special use permits within the City of Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Scott focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, construction law, and creditors’ rights, including contract disputes, collections and foreclosures, lender liability, title issues, insurance coverage, warranty claims, secured transactions, patent and trademark infringement, unfair trade practices and competition, shareholder disputes, fiduciary claims, and products liability. In his construction law practice, Scott represents public and private owners, developers, contractors, lenders, and insurers on the full scope of issues that may arise in the construction industry.
