Bryan is based in the firm's Winston-Salem office, where his work is focused on complex commercial litigation, construction law, and creditors’ rights. He advises public and private owners, developers, contractors, lenders, and insurers on contracting, compliance, bidding, and operational issues, and resolves disputes through trial, arbitration, or negotiation. He counsels on projects including commercial, public, and multifamily construction, schools, hospitals, bridges, pipelines, and wastewater systems, among others.
