Akerman Partner Christina Russo has once again been named one of “The Top 50 Women Leaders in Law” by Women We Admire. The list recognizes attorneys who have been instrumental in leading their organizations by offering unparalleled legal guidance, championing the rights of their clients, and steadfastly upholding the tenets of justice while also serving as trailblazers and inspirational figures. Russo was honored on the 2022 and 2023 lists as well.

Russo co-chairs Akerman’s Capital Markets Practice and is based in Miami where she advises public and private companies on corporate and securities matters, and mergers and acquisitions. She also counsels boards and senior management on a variety of corporate governance matters, including environmental, social, and governance matters.
