We are proud to share that Real Estate and Construction practice partner Daniel Miktus has been named co-chair of the Education Committee of the Urban Land Institute's (Washington, D.C. chapter) Young Leaders Group. Miktus will serve a two-year term on the committee, which is tasked with providing compelling and pertinent content with an educational focus for the young leaders of ULI Washington. 

Miktus represents clients in the areas of construction contract preparation and litigation, and government contract litigation, and has considerable experience representing clients in complex private and public construction and development disputes.
