Partner Michael Marsh’s victory on behalf of Daher-Socata, a French aircraft manufacturer, was featured in the Daily Business Review’s article titled, “Miami Lawyer Steers Plane Manufacturer Away From $15M Lawsuit.” In a negligence lawsuit, the plaintiff alleged she suffered bodily injury in a plane crash caused as a result of the aircraft’s design flaws. A jury in Broward County, Florida cleared Daher-Socata of any wrongdoing.
“We are believers in the aircraft, our clients believe in the quality of its product, the CEO and his family fly the product and a lot of folks in the company fly the product. So we took a deep breath and tried the case,” Marsh said.
