Joshua Bernstein, Hospitality Editorial Advisory Board
Joshua Bernstein serves as co-chair of Akerman's hospitality sector team. He litigates disputes relating to the acquisition and development of real estate property, hotel operation and management, complex real estate and hospitality financing, commercial leases, and construction. Bernstein also represents clients in arbitrations and mediations in the U.S. and internationally. 

Charles Critchlow, Competition Editorial Advisory Board
Charles Critchlow is a partner in Akerman's New York office where he specializes in international and U.S. antitrust litigation and corporate counseling. An authority on export exemptions, he has handled a broad range of matters in the United States, India, China, Brazil, South Africa and other jurisdictions. 

Ari Gerstin, Cannabis Editorial Advisory Board
Ari Gerstin, a partner at Akerman, counsels companies involved in or considering entry into the cannabis industry. He also handles significant litigation involving the industry, including a landmark case challenging Florida’s vertical integration requirement and license caps for marijuana businesses now pending before the Florida Supreme Court. 

Felicia Leborgne Nowels, International Trade Advisory Board
Felicia Leborgne Nowels is a partner in Akerman's international trade practice and she is International Law Board certified by the Florida Bar. She focuses her practice on trade and customs law and guides domestic and foreign companies through complex federal regulatory requirements applicable to trade and market entry of regulated products.

Francisco Rodriguez, International Arbitration Advisory Board
Francisco Rodriguez is a partner in Akerman’s Miami office. He focuses his practice on cross-border disputes and international arbitration and litigation. Rodriguez represents multinational companies and firms in investor-state arbitrations, and complex civil and common law matters before international arbitration panels in Latin America, Europe and the Caribbean.
