White Collar Crime & Government Investigations Practice Chair Jacqueline Arango was quoted in a Law.com article titled, “Increased FCPA Enforcement, Awareness Has Meant More Work For Lawyers,” addressing the evolution of client needs at a time of growing federal scrutiny on corporate anti-bribery practices. Law.com highlighted Arango as one of the lead moderators at Akerman’s fifth annual U.S.-Latin America Legal Summit. During the event, Arango held a wide-ranging discussion with FBI Supervisory Special Agent Leslie Backschies on FCPA enforcement trends and patterns, as well as the risks and red flags for companies doing business in Latin America.
