Akerman Partner Jason Lichtstein examined the major changes the incoming Trump administration is expected to take on current environmental, climate, and clean energy policies. Jason notes, however, the sweeping changes will still face challenges due to a closely divided Congress, the ramifications of the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent Loper Bright decision, and individual states’ and NGOs’ attempts to challenge the proposed changes, among other factors.
