Harrington focuses his practice on commercial litigation and creditors' rights, representing financial institutions, publicly traded businesses, and individuals in a wide range of matters. He also has significant experience in professional liability claims and class action litigation. He is also one of Akerman's "Pro Bono Superstars", having dedicated at least 50 hours each fiscal year to serving the community. This year, he is protecting voter rights by representing affected voters in a lawsuit challenging the legality of voting district maps adopted by a Florida municipality and its board of commissioners.
