John Dicks has been named a Tampa Business Journal 2019 40 Under 40 honoree. The list recognizes the next generation of leaders in the Tampa Bay business community who exhibit community involvement and professional success.
Dicks is a litigator, experienced in statutory claims, consumer protection statutes, fraud, breaches of contracts and fiduciary duty, estate, trust and probate litigation, commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes, and judgment execution. He also has significant experience in bankruptcy court, representing secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, and court-appointed fiduciaries.
The 40 Under 40 honorees will be recognized during a reception on October 18 in Tampa.
