Regulated Substances Task Force Leader Jonathan Robbins was quoted in a Law360 article titled, “Legislation Could Ease Litigation on Fla. Medical Pot Laws,” in which he addressed the legislative challenges at the heart of passing regulations to implement Florida’s constitutional Amendment 2. Recently passed by popular referendum, Amendment 2 will expand upon existing laws that regulate the use of legal medical marijuana across the state.
