Joshua Mandell is among the founding members of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s (LACBA) Cannabis Section. The section was established to reflect the fast growth of the industry, particularly in California, considered the largest legal market in the world, according to LACBA.

“It is an exciting time in the legal cannabis industry,” Mandell said. “Things move fast and it can be hard to stay on top of all the developments. One month in this industry is like a year in other industries”
