Litigation Partner Jasmine Pitt has been elected president of the Forsyth County Bar Association / 31st Judicial District Bar for the 2025–26 year.

The 31st Judicial District Bar, comprised of more than 1,200 attorneys who live or practice in Forsyth County, is an arm of the North Carolina State Bar established by statute. As president, Jasmine will help oversee the Bar’s statutory and regulatory responsibilities while supporting the organization’s mission of fostering collegiality among attorneys, promoting access to justice, and enhancing the profession’s role in the community.

Jasmine’s legal practice focuses on commercial litigation in state and federal courts. She has extensive experience advising and representing clients on matters involving employment law, general and professional liability, insurance coverage and defense, and contract disputes. Her clients include school boards, hospitals and medical providers, and other small and medium-sized businesses. Jasmine also represents clients in appellate matters.

Her leadership and professional excellence have been consistently recognized by the industry. She has been consecutively distinguished by Best Lawyers among its ones to watch in America for Commercial Litigation; named to Benchmark Litigation's “40 & Under” List; listed as a North Carolina "Rising Star" in Business Litigation by Super Lawyers Magazine; and named by Business North Carolina Magazine as a "Young Gun."
