Matthew Steinberg spoke with Law360 for an article titled, “High Court Term Ends with Few Employment Fireworks,” in which he addressed the nature and implications of the employment cases ruled upon by the justices in the first half of the year.

“I don’t think there were any real watershed decisions,” Steinberg told the publication. “There were some interesting procedural decisions and decisions that may foreshadow other changes. There are bigger cases coming down the pike that will have greater day-to-day impact on employers.”
