Steinberg explained how a growing U.S. freelance workforce coupled with a competitive labor market is changing the cost structure for employers to hire and retain talent, in particular in the technology sector. In addition, he discussed how human resources departments can go about finding the right candidates, as well as creating an internal framework to ensure workforce development and organizational stability.
