In The News

Michael Marsh and Donnie King were featured in the Daily Business Review’s 15th annual Most Effective Lawyers special report for their representation of Daher-Socata and its subsidiary Socata North America. Marsh and King defended the airplane manufacturer in a lawsuit alleging a design defect led to a crash landing in 2014.

The Daily Business Review asked the lawyers to describe a key piece of testimony, evidence, ruling, or order in their case and how it influenced the outcome. They responded, “Anticipating the jury would have spent almost two weeks digesting conflicting, complicated information about the airplane crash, we strategically saved our piloting expert, William Jeffrey Edwards, as the last witness before closing arguments. We used sophisticated technology to vividly bring our case and its theme together for the jury. We structured his testimony to sound like a closing argument on pilot error.”
