Michael Marsh is a partner in Akerman's Litigation Practice group. As an experienced first chair trial lawyer, he represents clients in high stakes business disputes in federal and state courts throughout the United States. In addition to this latest recognition, Marsh has also been recognized by Chambers and Benchmark Litigation as a Litigation Star. Marsh is a member of Akerman's Executive Committee and is based in Miami.

Grasford Smith is also a partner in Akerman's Litigation Practice group. He focuses his work on complex commercial litigation and is certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Civil Mediator. Smith's clients include Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and athletic leagues. He is based in our West Palm Beach office where he is also the President Elect of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
